We are working with a national healthcare organisation in order to immediately recruit an HR Advisor with NHS experience on 6 month fixed term contract basis to support the delivery of a number of projects within the HR shared service centre.
In this initial 6 month contract, sitting in the HR shared service centre, you will support the HR Project Lead in HR SSC transformation and change and the delivery of a number of projects. You will overhaul processes and focus on the improvement of efficiencies the within operational HR team responsible for tasks such as the issuing of contracts, changes to T's & C's, compliance and onboarding. You will support the HR Project Lead in identifying what is currently in place, what needs to be improved, the project road map and deliver of this transformation and change.
In order to be successful in your application you will have NHS shared service centre experience - ideally gained within operational HR activities. You have experience with NHS banding and the agenda for change. Specifically you have experience issuing contracts to medical staff including doctors and nurses. You ideally have experience leading or supporting the delivery of projects or the implementation of process improvements within the HR shared service centre. You will have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and comfortable managing stakeholder relationships. You are enthusiastic, positive and bring energy to the delivery of projects. You are organised, comfortable juggling projects with conflicting deadlines, can prioritise effectively and you work with urgency. You are comfortable working within and delivering change.
