This is an exciting opportunity to support a growing business in Singapore. Reporting into a HR Manager, you will operate in a broad HR Advisor / Junior BP position.
You will work closely with the business and provide them with a proactive and consultative advice. This includes discussion and strategies on recruitment activities, succession planning, streamlining HR processes, revamping HR policies, employee relations, coming up with new HR initiatives, etc. You will design long term HR strategies and provide practical medium-term solutions to meet business goals.
Key to your success will be your ability to engage the senior leaders on a consultative level while always being operationally strong. You must have the ability to see the big picture and build strong relationships and credibility across the business.
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for a HR Advisor / Junior HR Business Partner currently operating in another global organisation, with experience partnering directly with Leadership as part of a lean and collaborative HR team, managing the full HR generalist remit including managing ER cases, implementing HR projects on top of managing business-as-usual annual HR processes.
