We are so excited to partner with a leading professional services firm to hire an HR Advisor to join the team on a permanent basis as an HR Advisor.
Reporting into the Head of HR, you will have immediate end to end HR responsibility for your client groups, with the support of Assistants and Administrators as well as a high level of autonomy and strategic direction.
More specifically, as an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for;
- Overseeing the new joiners and leaver process
- Leading on company inductions for your client group
- Partnering with line managers to upskill and promote positive well being
- Leading on ER cases both low level and complex - mitigating risk as much as possible
- Supporting with appraisals, comp review and progression planning
- Working with the wider HR team on strategic project work
- Maintaining the HRIS
- Mentoring junior members of the team with light management responsibility
