In this Specialist position, you will collaborate with an HR Manager as part of the Talent team of the London office working both independently and as part of the team to achieve set goals. Your responsibilities will span much of the HR sector, ranging from ER to Performance Improvement and Payroll. The advisory nature of the role, e.g. regarding legal and internal policy, is complemented with a responsibility to implement and review elements of HR being communicative and creative, providing you with a full understanding of the wider corporate context.
- 3+ years HR Generalist experience preferred
- Workday and HRIS tools experience preferred
- Professional services/blue chip organisation experience preferred
- Degree-level qualification or equivalent essential
- CIPD obtained or in progress preferred
Salary: between £30-£39,500 depending on experience.
