I am excited to be working with an innovative and progressive organisation on an exclusive role for an HR Advisor based in Bristol. The HR Advisor role is a permanent position and offers opportunity to work across the generalist remit as well as be involved in major projects.
As the HR Advisor you will be the focal point for all HR enquires and will work across the entire generalist remit. You will review and update all HR policies and procedures to include the employee handbook, employment contracts and ensure all policies are in line with current HR practices and up to date employment law. Where required you will create new policies and procedures and will deliver training sessions on any new HR initiatives. The role will require you to lead and support on employee relation case work to include disciplinary and grievance meetings as well as support on employee well-being and engagement initiatives. You will deal with all payroll queries and updates and be responsible for all administration around the HR and e-learning systems. You will support on recruitment and recruitment campaigns, employer branding and all activities associated with the employee lifecycle.
To be successful in this role you will have demonstrable experience of working across the generalist remit and thrive in a fast paced and rapidly evolving environment. You will have an excellent eye for detail and be comfortable working with large amounts of data. As this role is pivotal within the HR team you will enjoy being the first point of contact and have a positive attitude, be rislenent and an advocate of the company values and culture. This role requires someone who is personable, professional and an excellent team player. Due to the fast pace and demands of the role you will need to have the ability to manage and prioritise your workload and will work effectively when under pressure.
Salary is up to £35K + benefits which include 5 weeks holiday and flexible working.
