I am supporting a construction firm in The City of London, in their search for an HR Advisor. This is a permanent role, paying £36-40,000.
Working closely with the HR Business Partner, you will mainly be based in the London office but there will be some travel involved as well. This will allow you to build great relationships and have more variety in your role.
There will be a wide range of ER cases to manage, ranging from low level to more complex. This will give you the opportunity to really immerse yourself in this area of HR and be able to lead on cases independently.
As well as ER, you will also be getting involved with training, reward, and recruitment. This is a real generalist role, and the wider HR team provide a lot of support so that you can develop your skills in all aspects of HR. There will also be scope for you to develop to Business Partner level.
This organisation really believes in flexible working, but do encourage as much office visibility as possible. The normal working hours are Monday to Friday, 8-5.
This will be a two stage interview process, both being face to face.
I am looking to speak with HR professionals who have experience at Advisory level, and are looking for their next step up. You will ideally have experience or an understanding of the construction sector.
