This is a varied role and would suit an HR Administrator, HR Assistant or HR Coordinator looking to move into an advisory role.
There will be opportunity to work alongside the HR Business Partners in the delivery of a comprehensive HR service to the wider business.
The role is a busy one so you will be a point of contact for all HR related queries from the business.
There will be an opportunity to be across the following HR activities:
- Employee relations
- Talent Management
- Reward & Recognition
- Internal Hires and Onboarding Management
- HR Projects
As mentioned above, you should already have experience as an HR Administrator, HR Assistant or HR Coordinator gained within a professional working environment. This position could really propel you into the next step of your career and the existing team would like someone who is ambitions, intuitive and keen to grow their HR knowledge.
Your organisational, communication and interpersonal skills will come in handy in this role!
