I have partnered with a not-for-profit organisation in West London, in their search for an HR Advisor. This is a permanent role, paying up to £38,000. This organisation specialises in education.
Working in a collaborative and close-knit team, your role will very much have a generalist remit - allowing you to get involved in ER, recruitment, training, and engagement.
You will be responsible for advising employees on best practice, ER cases, and policies. This will allow you to be the first point of contact and develop your HR expertise.
With ER, you will mainly be managing sickness, absence, and lateness - and be responsible for managing these cases appropriately. This will allow you to develop your ER experience and build on managing your own caseload.
As well as the salary, this role also offers 25 days holiday and a 36 hour working week.
I am looking to speak with HR professionals either looking to progress to an Advisory role or experienced HR Advisors looking for the next move. An understanding of education or unionised environments is beneficial, but not essential.
