A leading, global professional services business is looking for an HR Adviser to join their highly successful team on a 12-18 month FTC. Reporting into the Head of HR, you will have a great deal of responsibility from day one and have the opportunity to genuinely own your client group.
Alongside your broad generalist duties, you will have responsibility for providing advice and guidance to senior managers in regards to employee relations cases, upskilling manangers and conducting meetings as and when required. You will also oversee the secondment process for your client groups and liaise with Partners across the business to ensure smooth running and issues are avoided. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to support on the recruitment process and lead on ad hoc project work.
This role will suit someone who is currently working in a generalist role with experience advising stakeholders and managing ER cases, ideally within the financial or professional services industry.
You must be a real team player, have the ability to build relationships at all levels and be focused on delivering a high quality service to the business.
