We are working with a globally recognised professional services firm who is seeking an experienced talent management and talent strategy professional to join them in either their London or New York office for a newly created growth role. The role offers the chance to design, develop and execute the global talent strategy, ranging from talent identification, succession planning, career paths, performance management and working with DE&I to ensure that DE&I is a seamless part of the talent strategy.
Our client is seeking to attract an individual who has a track record of talent strategy and talent management, who may have previously established talent management within an organisation, running from design to execution and embedding talent practices. Experience of having done so both internally as well as a management consultant would be highly advantageous, combined with core skill set around change management, career development and leveraging technology and data to support and inform decisions.
