An exciting opportunity to work with a leading high-performing Financial Services company going through high growth following continued success. Leading a small team, you will be comfortable in 'hands on' recruitment for executive roles across the UK and Europe. They utilise a blended model of direct and indirect sourcing at present. This is a dynamic, fast-paced and varied role. You will work closely with the wider recruitment team and ensure a strong flow of talent into the firm through external channels.
The Recruitment Manager is a highly visible role with business leaders. The successful incumbent will help build a pipeline of talent into the business, create strong relationships, support strategic sourcing across EMEA, get involved in any exciting recruitment projects, stay abreast of market and employment trends and provide market maps where needed.
You will mentor and coach the other team members and identify and quickly resolve any issues. You will engage proactively with the business to discuss hiring plans with leaders and ensure the team are on the front foot to support this highly successful and expanding business.
You will be proactive and enjoy identifying opportunities to leverage new technology within the recruitment process to streamline processes.
You will act as a brand ambassador for this highly engaging and people centric organisation. You will ensure a high quality of talent into the organisation and the candidate experience is at the forefront of all interactions.
