The Head of People role is a newly created position which will work closely with the CEO and Executive team across all International markets. Based in Lisbon, the Head of People will build and drive the People agenda, a best in class HR function and HR processes in a fast paced agile environment. We are seeking an accomplished HR leader with proven experience leading HR in a high growth environment within the Tech/product sector comfortable partnering with a senior leadership team within a high-growth setting. The role will require a strong balance of strategic thinking and operational capability. Fluency in English is required and Portuguese would be a plus.
