Are you a Head of HR looking for that next challenge, in an aggressively growing and dynamic start-up? I have partnered exclusively with a burgeoning fintech who are looking for a Head of HR on a 12 month FTC (maternity cover). This role will report directly into the CEO and drive both the BAU HR offering for the employees, as well as advise the C-Suite on growth plans and the business impacts.
This role will require someone who has scaled headcount in any type of start-up environment, ideally within the 80-250 employee range. Whilst solely a UK centric business now the leadership are exploring international avenues but have committed to at least 30% UK headcount growth for 2020. This will mean this position leading on reshaping their performance management offering, driving engagement across the teams, managing the Junior HRBP and handling diverse projects across the firm.
With growth comes organisational design, so as the business develops this role will lead from the front in shaping the organisational structure, work on the shape and style of teams and coach the leadership on how to take their employees on this journey. Starting end of September this is initially a 12 month FTC, with the chance to take this business on a journey.
