The HR team is about to start its second stage of evolution which will involve creating a fit for purpose HR operations service. The team already comprises of HR admin, systems and analytics but needs a proven HR operations person to join and bring a real sense of 'team', show true leaderships and bring about some smart processes.
You would work closely with the HR Director and the HRBPs to determine how the operations function can support them and the wider business you would also build key relationships with department heads and other senior stakeholders.
A huge focus for this role will be to engage and support the team of 6 reports who need to be developed and taken on a journey so you must have proven team leadership experience as well as HR operations.
