Head of HR responsible for the shaping and delivery of the people strategy, ensuring a high degree of operational support,for a UK workforce of c100 people.
Working closely with the leadership team to interpret the business goals and make sure the people strategy is relevant and achievable.
we are keen to develop and implement a well-being and employee engagement strategy to support the ongoing development of the organisational culture and help establish and embed best practice and ways of working across the organisation. The role holder will need to be able to manage a high level of detail and operational process whilst also taking a joined up and strategic view across the organisation through the development of strategic workforce development and engagement plans which drive the development of new staff friendly policies, processes, systems and ways of working.
The Head of HR will also have a key role in the up skilling of managers across the organisation. Moving towards a high performing culture of collaboration and accountability.
The role will support the development of an improved Business Partnering across the organisation but with a focus on self-service using enhanced HR systems and processes.
