Reporting directly into the strategic head of their robust global TA function, this individual can be based either fully remote out of a variety of US states (Please see list below to determine if your location is listed) or on a hybrid working model at their Phoenix, Arizona US offices (in the latter case, relocation is offered for out of state candidates)**.

The role: The firm is seeking a highly experienced, creative,& visionary Global Talent Acquisition Strategist and/or programs leader to report directly to their extremely engaged, talented, and supportive Global TA leader and drive all employer brand marketing strategy worldwide, creating best-in-class strategy and attraction from campus level to exec hiring.
Leading a team of 3 TA specialists, this role will be accountable for Employer Brand Management, Marketing Strategy and all other strategic candidate generation programs across the EU, US and Asia.
A true idea driver, this hire will have excellent access with the chance to drive measurable global impact.
A very strong background in marketing and employer branding coupled with the oversight of Global Talent Acquisition programs and leadership will predict success.
