This is a fantastic opportunity to lead Diversity, Inclusion and Wellbeing for a UK wide business and based from their offices in Bristol. Working closely with HR leaders and business stakeholders you will be responsible for embedding a modern, positive and progressive values led culture, as well as contributing to the overall People Plan.
Reporting to the Chief People Officer and managing a team of four, this position is responsible for the design and delivery of the culture and values, D&I, mental health and wellbeing that all focus towards building and shaping the companies Employee Value proposition.
You will be able to evidence the design and delivery of a modern employee value proposition across a multi-site and geographically spread business and workforce. Alongside this you will be a passionate advocate for D&I, mental health and wellbeing, contributing to an inclusive set of values and culture. It is likely that you will be working within a large scale and complex business on a multi-site basis and within an industry that is also regulated.
This role is based in Bristol and you would be expected to be able to access this office as well as other sites in the UK. The company does operate a smart working policy allowing working from home. It comes with a competitive salary, car allowance, generous pension scheme and additional benefits.
