I am working with a market leading, global business to recruit a Capability Lead to drive and build the capability framework and future skills/talent. Attached to a global business unit, the function is going through significant change and transformation, this is a fantastic opportunity to drive forward change and to build new capabilities that will future proof the success and efficiency of this team. This is a 12 month FTC, but within a company that will offer plenty of alternative opportunities for the right person.
Reporting to an HR Director, you will partner with a variety of senior stakeholders and lead the capability build and the delivery of programmes. As such you will be able to evidence a track record of capability frameworks, identifying how the framework will adapt and evolve to develop new capability requirements. Alongside this, you will have experience of Learning Academies, building career pathways, new learning resources, target operating models/organisational design and significant programme management. Ideally you will have worked within a large and complex matrixed environment and be an adept relationship builder with strong communication skills.
The ability to access Birmingham would be a distinct advantage but only on an adhoc basis as you will need to build relationships in other UK locations. In all likelihood you will need to be in an office c.1-2 days/week. Due to the nature of the assignment you must be able to start immediately or have a notice period of no longer that 4 weeks.
