We have been instructed on a new and exclusive engagement with a truly exciting global FinTech MNC to appoint a Group Talent Acquisition Lead to be based in their Singapore office. This organisation has a purpose led, innovative, international, and agile culture. They continue to build their portfolio and ecosystem of FinTech start-ups, across the globe.

Reporting directly in to the Group Chief People Officer and of the parent company, this individual will be responsible for operating in a strategic and execution orientated Group Talent Acquisition Lead capacity, working with the start-ups within the portfolio to manage strategy, relationships and hiring end-to-end, working with the founders and leadership team and / or respective functional heads, advising them on their planned growth. This is a fast paced, busy, varied and highly commercial role. You will manage a lean, collaborative, and high performing team. You will also be responsible for managing employer branding, innovative sourcing strategies and pipeline across the Tech and Fintech start-up space, using the very latest TA technology and digital platforms to support you. You will also be key in articulating the vision and journey of each of the respective start-ups in the portfolio, as well as being able to navigate ambiguity and get things set up, ensuring priorities are aligned.

This is a wonderful opportunity for a passionate, entrepreneurial, and accomplished Regional or Global Head of Talent Acquisition or Senior Talent Acquisition Manager who operates in the Tech, Fintech and / or Financial Services sector, based in Singapore, who is looking to be a part of something truly exciting!

Essential: A blend of corporate and Tech/ Fintech experience. Successful start-up hiring experience and building new teams internationally, under tight timelines, would be highly desirable. Leadership experience is necessary.
