We are delighted to be partnering exclusively with highly reputable global FTSE 100 organisation with a sizeable base and regional headquarters based in Singapore. This is a truly exciting and highly rewarding opportunity for an experienced Organisation Development & Culture Leader to join the team at Group Level, to help drive the organisation's transformation journey and org development agenda. This is a highly visible strategic role which will partner with the global leadership teams and key stakeholders across the organisation to drive purpose led change!

Operating in a highly seasoned and accomplished global internal consulting team, you will be responsible for partnering key business areas on a international basis, to consult, advise and drive; Leadership Development, 121 Leadership Coaching, voice of the employee and engagement related work, culture programmes, work surrounding strategic people change projects surrounding area such as; purpose, values etc. This team partner the top levels of the organisation to drive meaningful and innovative HR Change.

Essential: Experience operating in an established and forward thinking large progressive global Tech, Fintech, Financial Services or Fortune 500 organisation is required. You will also be comfortable operating in global agile teams in purpose led and fast paced environments!

You will likely have also operated as a Talent and / or HR Change Management Consultant, with extensive coaching experience in large global firms. You will be comfortable operating in a Director / Executive Director role, operating as an individual contributor as well as overseeing matrix teams, working directly with the most senior levels of the organisation.
