This leading professional services firm based in the City is looking for a Graduate Recruitment and Development Manager to join its growing firm. In a period of growth and expansion this is an exciting period for the firm and indeed to whole HR function.
This newly created role will see you reporting into the Head of HR and working as part of a wider HR team of generalists and specialists. Managing the early careers piece end to end this is an amazing opportunity for a passionate early careers specialist to make their mark on the business. Managing a team of two you will lead the early careers offering for the firm working closely with the wider learning and development function and HR team to support no only sure a seamless attraction and selection process but also the development and pastoral care of those within the various schemes.
Your role will be to develop and embed a commercial and attractive early careers model, partner with Universities and be a true ambassador for the firm. You will focus on social mobility, diversity and developing a solid brand for the firm.
The firm is looking to meet with candidates who have had full ownership of the graduate recruitment and development piece end to end. You will already be operating at Manager level and will be managing teams currently or in the past. Ideally you will come from a professional services background with strong senior stakeholder management skills.
