Our client, a Start-up Fintech company, is seeking to hire a Go-To-Market Recruiter. The company's headquarters are in NYC, but this role can sit 100% remote. This is a newly created individual contributor role to provide appropriate recruitment coverage to address explosive growth at this company with 120 employees at present. This role will report into a Recruiting Manager and will be part of a newly developed recruiting team in the US. Currently there are 2 sources with plans to hire a dedicated US sources as well as US coordinator who will tend to the scheduling and administrative needs of the recruiting team.
Our client is seeking individuals with a minimum of 1 year of proven full cycle recruiting experience, ideally gained in rapidly scaling tech environments. The ability to source and engage top talent in a variety of specialized roles is critical for success in this role. Highly engaged recruiters who take a strong interest in learning the technological environments they're supporting with the ability to work with a variety of hiring managers in a fast-paced setting are encouraged to apply.
