Frazer Jones are delighted to be partnering with a global Communications Consultancy to recruit a permanent Global People Partner on a part time basis. Working 3 days per week on a hybrid working basis.
We're looking for a commercially focused Global People Partner to join our client and be dedicate to one subsidiary business of the group. This is a newly created role that will report into the UK People Director whilst working, on a day to day basis, with the CEO and leadership team of the dedicated business unit.
Our client are increasing their core People Team to significantly upgrade people experience, development and operations across the UK Group. Furthermore, specific UK businesses are investing in core dedicated People roles to work collaboratively with the UK Group People Team whilst delivering a bespoke, business specific service.
People Strategy: work with the leadership team to devise a personalised, comprehensive global people strategy that supports and accelerates the delivery of the strategic business objectives through their people.
People Operations: partner with the UK Group and regionally specific People Operations to ensure seamless delivery of HR processes and group standards.
Stakeholder Advising: as a trusted partner to the leadership team, provide thought leadership and counsel around People related thinking and plans. Regularly share data and insight that provides leaders with understanding around people issues that the business faces alongside emergent trends in HR.
Coaching: provide 1:1 coaching for Global Leadership Team on people issues, and in relation to their broader individual development journey towards becoming exceptional leaders of people. Providing open and honest feedback to encourage an open, learning culture.
Performance Management: institute consistent, rigorous practices that ensure all colleagues have clear performance expectations, and regular constructive conversations with their manager to receive feedback and discuss their performance and progress.
Talent Management: establish an approach for talent identification and capability planning including succession planning for critical roles. Work in partnership with Talent Acquisition Manager to futureproof the business.
Talent Development: deliver career and development planning guidance /resources and upskill managers to have rich career development conversations with all colleagues
People Advisory Support: act as an approachable go-to person on employee relations and individual matters, providing on the spot advice and signposting to additional support where needed. mitigate the creation of formal ER issues where possible. Draw on specialist expertise from the UK Group ER Lead.
Drive DE&I, Engagement and Wellbeing Initiatives: drive the adoption and implementation of the UK DE&I Strategy, and business-specific, DE&I strategy taking into account regional considerations. Work with the UK Group People Projects Lead to implement a wellbeing strategy that will enable people to thrive at work and drive the roll-out of a company-wide engagement survey.
