I'm currently partnering with a leading Global Financial Services company who are headquartered in the UK with over 4000 employees globally. My client is looking for a Global Learning Partner aligned to their Wealth Asset Management and Merchant Banking business streams. The role will sit within their London office reporting directly into the Head of and will take own their own leadership responsibilities with 2 direct reports. This is a newly created position to drive learning across the business to ensure talent and growth is given a key priority.
You will have in-depth expertise to identify, consult and coach senior leaders to create impactful development plans for career progression aligned to career pathways based on individual needs. You will be expected to identify trends and themes across all geographical regions to create integrated learning & development solutions, as well as enhancing and improving current programmes that are in play at a global level and bespoke tailored solutions. This is a key role with visibility across the leadership platform to innovate and integrate development streams to build and retain talent for this high performing organisation.
To be considered for this role you will have demonstrable and proven innovative Learning experience along with the ability to partner and influence senior leadership to build out capability and bench strength, ideally within an international financial services or professional services organisation. You will operate through a commercial lens, be relationship driven as well as the ability to effectively organise, prioritise and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
