I'm currently partnering with a leading Listed Global Financial Services enterprise with a 40 million strong customer base. This organisation proudly supports the financial needs and solutions from individual investors to some of the world's largest organisations, including government. I am looking to hire a HR Lead Consultant to join the team as a Global DBS Partner Technology, partnering with employees and leaders to define, execute and achieve Technology's strategic ambitions. This role reports to the Global Head of HR, Technology, and partners with Technology EXCO and their leadership team to embed organisational change, inclusive culture, and colleague well-being, delivering strong business performance and a positive colleague experience.
In this role, you will lead development and execution of people strategies aligned with Global DBS HR and Group HR people strategy as well as collaborate with HR colleagues and CoE to diagnose people issues and opportunities and share inputs, leverage activities and HR best practice. You will focus on delivering excellent business outcomes by being a trusted HR leader and advisor who provides well-judged and thought-provoking counsel to senior executives. You will also drive the Talent agenda and develop mission critical talent, identifying and enabling successors for key positions with a strong focus on diversity and inclusive representation. The DBS Strategy has now been set and the Group HR have ambitions plans to deliver to meet business drivers which will see you being involved in several global projects.
To be considered for this role you will ideally have experience working within a consultancy environment as you will need drive programme and delivery management acting as a consultant connecting into the Regional HR teams. You will have operated at C-Suite level from a large scale multi-national and commercial environment. You will also have proven experience of delivering a proactive HR partnering and designing and implementing a people strategy to enable business objectives; as well as strategic agility - sees ahead, connects dots, can anticipate consequences and trends - able to translate business strategy into people strategy and tactical execution - knows how to get things done with and through others; and operational excellence. You will possess a high level of thought leadership and external insight on emerging best practice on both the Specialist Functions and HR given the transformation agendas of the functions coupled with knowledge across emerging regulation/tech/ innovation and impact on the future of work.
