We are delighted to be working with a leading global financial firm with a significant market share. They are looking to appoint a Global Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join the team.
This role will report to the Global Head of Compensation & Benefits where you will be responsible for ensuring the assigned markets reward programs and practices are in line with the global guiding principles. You will work closely with the HR Managers and Business heads to guarantee consistency and effective communication within the assigned markets and business units.
To be successful you will have a strong knowledge of compensation & benefits with broader HR experience. You will have excellent business partnering and stakeholder management skills. You will be numerically inclined with strong analytical, and MS excel skills. Ideally have HR technology domain knowledge in Successfactors.
