The role will be based in Manchester area with flexible working on offer which gives you the ability to work from home 50% of the time.
For this role you will be working as the Global Compensation Analyst, reporting in to the Global Compensation Manager, working in a Reward team of 3. You will be partnering closely with HR and finance teams as well as international regions. Your role will include a global compensation overview and working on the annual compensation rounds. This will include completing salary and bonus reviews, bench-marking exercises and analysis on reward data, sense checking information and identifying trends. You will also be leading on a global job evaluations project and using the HAY methodology. The role will also include HRIS management and improvements as well as providing reward market insights. You will also be responsible for gender and ethnicity reporting, completing analytical work to assist your line manager with strategic work, plus assisting with other projects on an adhoc basis.
To be considered for this role you must have at least 2 years experience in a similar reward role. An eye for detail and commercial mindset is key as well as effective communication skills. You should be able to work from their Manchester Offices.
