A specialty insurance and reinsurance business are looking to recruit an Employee Relations Manager on a permanent basis where you will be responsible for the effective management and execution of all Employee Relations in the UK. You will manage a small team and work in partnership with the HR Business Partner and HR Management teams.
As the Employee Relations Manager you will report directly into the UK Head of HR and help support on the delivery of the HR strategy through the provision of legal advice and technical employee relations expertise, and provide support to the business on a broad range of employment matters. This is a busy and varied role which will also include Employee Relations policy work as well as proactively establishing, monitoring and effectively communicating Employee Relations trends through the use of key Employee Relations data and insights.
To be successful within this role you will need experience working within a fast-paced, commercial environment and you will need strong UK Employment Law knowledge and proven Employee Relations experience ideally within the Insurance or wider Financial Services sector.
