I'm currently partnering with a leading global Financial Services company who are headquarted in the US. My client are looking for an Employee Relations Consultant for their EMEA locations. This Employee Relations Consultant role will sit within their London office where you will work as part of a small but agile EMEA Employee Relations team.
As the Employee Relations Consultant you will have experience of managing a complex caseload and the ability to provide advice and support to members of the wider HR team and line management on all aspects of the employment relationship including performance management, disciplinary, grievances, sickness absence and reductions in workforce.
To be considered for this role you will have demonstrable Employee Relations experience within a Financial or Professional Services organisation and experience of EMEA wide employment law legislation would be highly desirable. You will need to possess excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to effectively organise, priorities and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
