A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work with one of the most professional and global professional services firms across the globe as the Reward Manager for EMEA and APAC. Reporting in to the Head of Total Reward, you will be responsible for the compensation and benefits agenda for the International Offices (everything outside of the USA) and will have an autonomous and flexible working style to deliver on key projects.
You will be comfortable working as a subject matter expert for the business and be able to build bridges with all stakeholders in the firm. You must have direct experience looking after international regions outside of the UK in both compensation and benefits, and have run several compensation reviews, ideally for over 1,000 employees. In this position you will work with the HR System to capture and run reports in reward and be able to utilise more manual formulas on excel to maintain a consistent approach to reward.
You will be partnering with an array of stakeholders in multiple jurisdictions inclusive of HR Directors, Talent Acquisition, Reward, Partners and the wider HR community. You must have experience in a business facing position, and be comfortable with ambiguity. You must have experience with job grading, benchmarking, benefits harmonisation and bonus modelling. You will have a can-do and positive attitude and be able to drive the reward agenda to link in with the HR philosophy for the firm.
