Our client, a top-tier global law firm, is looking for a Regional Diversity & Inclusion Manager (APAC) to join the HR team based in the Singapore or Hong Kong office. Reporting in to the Regional Head of HR, with a dotted line in to the Global Head of Diversity & Inclusion based in another region, you will operate in an individual contributor role, working closely with the Partners and Functional Business Heads across the region to manage all things Diversity, Equality & Inclusion related, as part of a global team.
This is a new and exciting investment hire for the region. You will partner with the global D&I team and regional leadership team to drive global initiatives locally, drive campaigns and affinity group events, and enhance engagement, with a focus on stakeholder management, project management and communications.
Essential: Track record operating in regional Diversity & Inclusion Manager / Lead in another forward thinking and collaborative global organisation based in Singapore or Hong Kong. Professional Services experience would be preferred.
