Our client, a world leader in the real estate industry, is looking for a dynamic Director of Total Rewards/Compensation to support a highly visible, revenue generating segment of their business. In this role, you will lead of team of reports in all strategic and tactical activities related to compensation for a large, matrixed, global client population. You will partner with key senior business stakeholders and other members of the human resources team on compensation design & administration, sales compensation design, job design & evaluation, corporate policies & procedures and beyond. The ideal candidate will have experience working at a director/highly strategic level from a large, global, best practices organization where they have led a team of 4+ direct reports. Strong project management, analytical, relationship building and communications skills are key ingredients for success. The role is 100% remote but need to be flexible to work with global hours as needed. Bachelor's Degree combined with 10+ years of experience is required.
