We are partnering with one of the global market leader's in FinTech, in their search for a Director level HR Business Partner to support their Technology division regionally. This is a fast paced, high caliber team that requires an empathetic and bright HR leader, skilled at managing stakeholders and navigating a complex matrix environment.

Responsibilities include:-

End to end Business partnering responsibilities from talent development to workforce planning and reward
Being a key member of the business unit's leadership team
Partnering with stakeholders on change management initiatives
Employee engagement
Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team, coaching the business leaders and leading on employee relations
Partnering with COE's to ensure effective HR delivery

We are looking foran experienced Business Partner with regional experience in a fast-moving, MNC environment. You will be adept at coaching senior leaders, liaising at the executive level and be comfortable operating in a hands-on and strategic capacity. A background partnering with technology client groups is preferable but not essential.
