This opportunity includes managing one resource while being tasked with an exciting revamp and upgrade of the function, inclusive of better defining a compensation and philosophy, grading jobs, creating pay structures across both staff and executive levels. This highly creative role is ideal for a compensation and benefits professional with 8 or more years of well-rounded experience in small and midsized companies (in the 1000-3000 person range) with sophisticated pay practices. Candidates should possess knowledge of compensation and experience and an existing interface at the most senior level of their organizations will also be crucial. Required competencies include:
- Experience with executive and equity compensation from within a public company.
- Ability to perform a benefits redesign for an outsourced benefits provider
- Strong ability to work within fluid environments, and problem solve while working well in grey areas.
