We are partnering with a well-known media industry client in their efforts to hire a remotely-based Compensation Analyst. This role is replacing someone who move on from the role and will report to a newly hired Senior Director of Compensation who is based out of the company's headquarters in Downtown Manhattan. Our client offers an excellent working environment and employee centric culture. This individual will be one of two compensation professionals supporting ~2000 employees across North America and will work closely with two compensation professionals based in London.

The Compensation Analyst will manage all aspects of the salary survey process, benchmarking of positions into the existing compensation structure, leveling of roles, responding to compensation inquiries, and managing the year end merit and incentive compensation process. This Analyst will also get involved in working with a third party vendor to implement a salary survey aggregation tool which will automate that process, a pay transparency study, and the implementation of a revised job architecture which will streamline the company's job families, titles and grades. In addition, there is some work being done in compensation as it relates to global mobility at the company with which this Analyst will also get involved.

Our client is seeking 4-7 years of prior compensation analyst experience. The ideal candidate will have a solid work ethic, a desire to learn, and well-developed analytical capabilities. Exceptional Excel skills are required (VLookUps, Pivot Tables, advanced formulas). Experience with Workday would be a plus, but is not required.

If this opportunity aligns to your experience, please apply.
