We are partnering a renowned and fast-growing company with significant presence in Asia, with Singapore being a key international hub, to recruit for a regional Campus Recruiter / Employer Branding Specialist to join their high performing team. With an excellent team of leaders and a forward-thinking culture, they are investing heavily in their people - and this is a newly created position.

Job Description

You will be responsible for implementing the campus recruitment strategy for the region, taking steps to ensure that the right calibre of talent, at the agreed headcount is brought in during each cycle. This will extend to employer branding, recruitment programs, maintaining university relationships, organising campus events, marketing and running state of the art assessments centres. You will be integral in discovering, attracting, and securing the next generation of high potential talent for their management trainee and internship programmes.

You will come with at least 8 years of experience in graduate/campus related recruitment role as well as employer branding. You will have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with business leaders and managers - serving as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert. Able to work independently, is proactive, and adaptable to changes or ambiguity.
