They are urgently recruiting a C&B Expert to join their Milan HQ and partner with Director-level stakeholders to develop and support a their Compensation & Benefits Strategy across Italy!
Having gone through a big expansion in the past couple of years, they are now deeply determined to better structure their HR polices to accomodate further growth in the upcoming years!
As the company will be going through a significant transformation and growth, at times you will need to challenge the business with new ideas and offer creative solutions to complex issues, while investing in developing and evolving long-lasting relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Supporting the Italian population, you will act as the point of contact and trusted advisor to the HR Director and other senior leaders relating to Compensation and Benefits policies and initiatives with the ultimate goal of developing an extensive Total Rewards Strategy that will allow the busines to maintain their growth plans. Acting as an internal consultant, you will play a key role in all stages of the Comp cycle.
You will be deeply passionate and have adequate previous experience in designing and delivering C&B policies and Total Rewards solutions within a global matrix-based organization, and will be very familiar with activities such as developing, reviewing and implementing policies and procedures, including remuneration governance and remuneration practices (including potential future allocation of RSUs, stock options and/or other forms of non-monetary benefits), planning arrangements of all benefits and pension plans (from the initial stage of gathering information, compliance and market evaluation through to full implementation), maintaning tax, legislation and regulatory knowledge in relation to benefits and pay and much much more.
