Frazer Jones are pleased to be partnering with a global independent investment banking firm on an exclusive basis. The firm are hiring for a Benefits & Payroll Manager to join the team on a full time basis. You'll be joining a HR and Reward function that look after an employee base of c150 across the UK, US, France and Germany. This is a growing business based in central London that are looking for candidates that can drive improvements to their benefits offering and act as their SME in this area. You'll also manage their outsourced payroll.
You will be joining as the Benefits & Payroll Manager on a full time basis with the remit of looking after everything benefits related as well as ensuring the smooth running of their outsourced payroll. Your main responsibility will be to manage the benefits such as pension, private medical and health insurance. This will require you to deal with queries, provide communications to the business and maintain relationships with their brokers and vendors. With the business going through a period of growth they are looking for someone to come in and review their benefits offering and then advice, design and implement the necessary changes to ensure they have a modern and competitive benefits offering that will both attract and retain the best talent. There is a pensions project to undertake, and they are keen to drive the implementation of new flexible benefits and wellbeing initiatives. You must be able to complete benchmarking exercises and influence stakeholders to drive your suggested changes. During busy spells you may also be required to assist the business with their outsourced payroll. You'll be working on Workday and Excel to complete your work. You'll also be required to maintain the relationship with their payroll provider and ensure the timely completion of their payroll each month, making any adjustments for any changes and resolving any queries.
This is a flexible role that is open to the office working model based on the successful applicants requirements. The successful candidate will have extensive experience managing benefits already and you should be able to give examples of where you have previously benchmarked, designed and implemented new benefits. You should have an eye for detail, have good customer service skills resolve queries plus strong communication skills to deliver and promote the benefits programme to the business. You should also have experience with at least payroll administration. The position is offering a competitive salary and the opportunity to work remotely (with very occasional office travel)
