You will be joining a well established global insurance busines based in the heart of London that offer attractive benefits and flexible working. You will be joining to complete the role of Benefits Advisor, working in a team of 3, reporting in to the Head of Reward. The role has come about due to extra workload created from various projects so the position is a 12 month contract. You will be responsible for managing the whole benefits programme for the business which includes cycle to work, fitness scheme, bonus scheme, travel insurance, buy/sell holiday, pension, life assurance and income protection to name a few. You will support the day-to-day operation of the benefits portfolio as well as managing vendor relationships, renewals and implementing new benefits where suitable or adjusting existing ones. You will also be reviewing policy documentation, dealing with queries and producng communications to the business.

To be considered for this role you must have dedicated employee benefits experience. This role is not suitable for someone who has just been involved in benefits administrator but needs someone who has dealt with wider benefits responsibilities as iisted above. You must have an eye for detail, strong stakeholder mangement and communication skills as well as approachable with good customer service skills for engaging with employees.

You will be rewarded for your work with a salary of £45-55k plus access to their full benefits. You will get to work for a highly established international business that really value their employees.
