About Our Client
An exciting opportunity to join a market leading financial institution. With an excellent team of senior management and a well-established HR team, they are looking to hire an Associate to maintain HR data integrity, develop key metrics and analytics and deliver standardized HR reporting.
Reporting through to the Senior Manager, you will develop and continually enhance HR reporting and procedures - including talent analytics, metrics and dashboards across employee lifecycle. You will be conducting data gathering and assessment and provide analysis that produce effective insights for the business. You will also be handling system related projects and act as a main point of contact for internal system users, while providing trainings if needed.
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for a proven calibre with minimum 4 years of HR Analytic and Reporting experience. You should be fluent in both English and Cantonese. You must have strong computer skills including advanced proficiency in Excel. Proficiency in accessing data in HRIS, Oracle cloud-based experience is a plus. You should have strong numeric sense and the ability to manage competing priorities.
